Subscription Terms

We offer several Best French Forever box options (one-time purchase and Subscriptions).
Please review these Best French Forever Subscription Terms carefully and make sure you understand them before enrolling because they contain important and relevant information regarding any box options you may purchase, including renewal and cancellation terms. Subscriptions are continuous and automatically renew, unless you cancel or we terminate your account.
By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms below, as well as our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy (which describes how we collect, use and disclose your data and your consent to such collection, use, and disclosure) and are both incorporated into and are a part of these Subscription Terms.
1. Seasonal Subscriptions - La Box, every 3 months
A “Seasonal” Subscription consists of an initial seasonal product Box and an additional seasonal Box sent out quarterly thereafter – Spring (shipping in March), Summer (June), Fall (September), and Winter (December). Each Box contains an assortment of sustainable beauty, home and lifestyle consumer products selected by founder Cynthia Moos.
By purchasing a Seasonal Subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (A) your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature for three months of service, Best French Forever (or our third party payment processor) is authorized to automatically charge your payment method for each successive three-month period at the then-current subscription rate for your subscription as long as your subscription continues, and (B) your subscription is continuous and will be automatically extended at the end of the subscription term for successive three-month periods until you cancel it.
You may cancel your Seasonal Subscription at any time, by logging into your account or emailing us at support@bestfrenchforever.com and following the instructions, if any, we provide you in response to your cancellation request. The cancellation of a box shipment should be made at least one (1) business day before your next billing date reflected in your Account Settings. If you cancel your subscription less than one (1) business day before your next billing date your cancellation will be taken into account after you have received your box and no refund will be provided. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. If you cancel your Seasonal Subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
In the event you cancel your Seasonal Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Best French Forever, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.
2. Annual Subscription, pay upfront
If you choose an Annual Subscription, you will receive four boxes throughout the year, at every shipping cycle (March, June, September and December). When signing up for the Annual Subscription, you will be immediately billed $496.00 for a term of twelve months and four Boxes.
By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that (A) your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature for twelve months of service, Best French Forever (or our third party payment processor) is authorized to automatically charge your payment method for each successive twelve-month period at the then-current subscription rate for your subscription as long as your subscription continues, and (B) your subscription is continuous and will be automatically extended at the end of the subscription term for successive twelve-month periods until you cancel it.
You may cancel your Annual Subscription at any time, by logging into your account or emailing us at support@bestfrenchforever.com and following the instructions, if any, we provide you in response to your cancellation request. The cancellation of a box shipment should be made at least one (1) business day before your next billing date reflected in your Account Settings. If you cancel your subscription less than one (1) business day before your next billing date your cancellation will be taken into account after you have received your box and no refund will be provided. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. Best French Forever may submit periodic charges without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method. Such notice will not affect charges submitted before Best French Forever reasonably could act.
If you cancel your Annual Subscription, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.

3. One-Time Purchase and Specialty Boxes
Every quarter, we open a pre-sale period for our seasonal box, up to two months before the shipping cycles. If you choose to purchase La Box as a one-off, you will be billed $140.00 as a one-time non-refundable purchase. This option does not automatically renew. Likewise, the Speciality Boxes (also named Gift Boxes) available year-round are a non-refundable one-time purchase.
4. Return Policy
All Best French Forever purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. We do not currently accept returns, and any Box returned by a customer will not be eligible for a refund. In the case that your Box does not arrive or a product is damaged, we must be notified in writing (email will suffice) within two (2) weeks of receiving your Box. If we are not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. Please note that orders may take two (2) weeks to fulfill from the time of shipment. All refunds or replacements are granted at the sole discretion of Best French Forever.
5. Domestic Shipping
Best French Forever offers free shipping for orders over $140, or a flat rate of $7.90 for orders $140 and under for delivery in the contiguous United States. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Boxes are shipped via FedEx. Your Box may be dropped off at your doorstep without signature confirmation; it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery can be dropped off and left unattended without signing for it upon delivery.
6. Data Transfers
As stated in our Privacy Policy we may transfer your billing information to our third-party payment processors, other service providers, and certain trusted third parties.
